He is a global technology executive, decorated military officer, and purpose-driven entrepreneur reshaping the future through AI, ethics, and innovation. As the Founder and CEO of Digitech Services Inc., he leads with bold intent—embedding artificial intelligence into the strategic core of enterprises. With over 30 years of leadership across the U.S., Europe, and Asia, Dr. Skaria has delivered $2B+ in business value, led global teams of 30,000+, and driven transformational change across BFSI, aerospace, healthcare, and the public sector.
His career began in the Indian Air Force, where he served as a commissioned officer and unit CTO, earning the Outstanding Services and Leadership Award. An academic powerhouse, he holds advanced degrees in engineering, marketing, and leadership—including a doctorate in business. A prolific author of four books and 300+ articles, he is also a board advisor and mentor shaping the next generation of digital leaders.

Dr. Mohan Ananda
He is a distinguished scientist, entrepreneur, legal expert, and humanitarian whose impact spans aerospace, AI, fintech, healthcare, and public policy. Born in Kannur, India, he rose from a foundation in mechanical engineering to earn advanced degrees from Caltech and UCLA, including a Ph.D. in Astrodynamics. He began his career at NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory, where he contributed to satellite navigation and was instrumental in the development of GPS technology.
Dr. Ananda’s entrepreneurial ventures are equally groundbreaking. He was the founding CEO of Stamps.com, which revolutionized U.S. postal services and achieved a $6.6B exit. As co-founder of Envestnet, he helped redefine wealth tech. Today, he leads DRAI Health, an AI-driven healthcare firm poised for public offering.
A holder of numerous patents and author of 50+ scientific publications, he is also a JD-holder and advocate for legal-tech alignment. Through the Ananda Foundation and charitable trusts in India, he champions education, healthcare, and community upliftment.
His books—Start Small, Dream Big and Life with AI—reflect a visionary approach to innovation and ethics. Dr. Ananda’s legacy is one of bridging science and society, East and West, innovation and impact—serving as a powerful inspiration for generations to come.

Bharat Amin
He is a seasoned technology and cybersecurity executive with over three decades of leadership across defense, manufacturing, and technology sectors. Most recently, he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer of Huntington Ingalls Industries (HII), a Fortune 500 defense contractor, where he oversaw multimillion-dollar technology investments and led over 900 professionals. He was also the company liaison to the Board Cybersecurity Committee, shaping strategic cyber governance for national defense programs.
A pioneer in digital shipbuilding and transformation, Bharat drove groundbreaking initiatives in GenAI, data analytics, and innovation labs. Previously, he held CIO and business technology leadership roles at BAE Systems and Electrolux North America.
Post-retirement in 2023, Bharat has expanded his influence as a Board Director for The Aerospace Corporation, Digitech Services, and several nonprofit organizations including the Technology Business Management Council and the American Heart Association. He is also a Distinguished Fellow at Avasant, chairs the ACEP Council at WLDA-Tech, and advises multiple organizations on AI, cybersecurity, and digital ethics.
Academically, he holds an Executive MBA, a Master’s in Industrial Engineering, and a Mechanical Engineering degree. Bharat is NACD Directorship Certified and continues to drive value through innovation, governance, and ethical leadership in the digital age.

Dr. Raghu Santanam
He is a distinguished academic leader and innovator in digital transformation, serving as Senior Associate Dean for Executive Education, Corporate Partnerships, and Lifelong Learning at Arizona State University’s W. P. Carey School of Business. He holds the McCord Endowed Chair of Business and is a professor in the Department of Information Systems. Dr. Santanam directs AZNext, a U.S. Department of Labor–funded workforce accelerator, championing future-ready skills in analytics, AI, and digital platforms.
His research focuses on Analytics, Augmented Intelligence, and mobile ecosystems, with real-world impact through consulting engagements with leading firms like IBM, Intel, American Express, and Blue Cross Blue Shield. A prolific scholar, he recently guest-edited a special issue of Information Systems Research on “Humans, Algorithms, and Augmented Intelligence.”
Deeply committed to community engagement, Dr. Santanam serves on the Phoenix Workforce Development Board, Evanta CISO/CIO Summit, and Arizona Tech Council’s Public Policy Committee. He co-leads entrepreneurial training for the NSF Southwest Sustainability Innovation Engine (SWSIE) and workforce strategy for the DOE-funded EPIXC Manufacturing Institute.
He also brings board-level insights to Wavemaker, and formerly served on the boards of Imaginea Technologies and Spot Cues, reinforcing his dedication to ethical tech innovation and inclusive economic development.

His leadership has consistently delivered exponential growth—scaling advisory practices by 5X, aligning services with industry needs, and driving innovation across both commercial and public sector markets. Srikant is recognized not only for business outcomes, but for cultivating collaborative, high-performance cultures and building brand eminence with lasting impact.
Previously, he served with distinction at the EPA, OMB, and IRS, reinforcing his deep understanding of government systems and strategic governance. He also contributes his expertise to respected institutions, serving on the boards of Wolf Trap National Park, CAM-I, and Indiana University’s O’Neill School.
